Finrar Magazine, in cooperation with the Faculty of Economics in Banja Luka and with the support of the Association of Accountants and Auditors of Republic of Srpska, organized the 13th International Symposium on Corporate Governance entitled “Digital Economy – Driver of Future Economic Growth”, in Banja Vrućica from May 16th until May 18th, 2018.

The International Symposium on Corporate Governance gathers the most recognized authorities in the field of economics and law from former Yugoslavia. Professors from faculties of economics and law in Belgrade, Banja Luka, Istočno Sarajevo, Ljubljana, Zagreb, Podgorica, Maribor, as well as experts from institutes of economics and large regional companies, present their work at the symposium. Most participants are representatives of large and important enterprises from Bosnia and Herzegovina, but also from Serbia and Croatia. The participants of the symposium include top-level managers, heads of legal departments, CFOs, participants in the capital market, representatives of supervisory and managing boards and auditing boards, as well as accountants and auditors. The symposium addresses current issues from the field of business economics, public finance, accounting and auditing, acquiring new knowledge, exchanging experiences and establishing cooperation in the interest of all participants.

As in the past years, SAE representatives took active part in the work of the symposium, while as of next year they will also participate in its organization.
