Yesterday, the finale of the "Support for Innovations" project was held in the ceremonial Hall of Nikola Pašić, organized by the Association of Economists of Serbia and the NF Innova company. This event brought together young companies with the aim of giving them a chance to be represented at the prestigious Kopaonik Business Forum 2025.
An expert jury, composed of exceptional individuals with great achievements and rich experience, carefully selected the 5 best startups. The jury included Petar Jovanović, Aleksandar Seratlić, Zoran Petrović, Vladimir Bošković, Tanja Kuzman, Aleksandar Vlahović, Branislav Vujović, Svetlana Kisić, Slavko Milojević, Jasmina Knežević and Goran Pitić.
Each member was carefully selected to ensure a professional assessment of the candidate through 6 categories: innovation, market potential, scalability, team credibility, business model, strategic alignment with the Kopaonik Business Forum.
The meeting was opened by the president of the Association of Economists of Serbia, Aleksandar Vlahović, and Branislav Vujović, the president of the supervisory board of NF Innova, providing support to young companies and emphasizing the importance of innovation for the development of the economy. Special support for the finalists will be provided by Mr. Branislav Vujović, who will be their mentor and help them prepare for the panel at the Kopaonik Business Forum, which will open up additional opportunities for development and success.
We present the 5 selected finalists:
1. Matija Dodović - SignAvatar - AI solution for translating speech into sign language. Their innovative AI enables users to visually receive notifications in their native language, as well as translate audio announcements into text and sign language, which are displayed on screens and browsers.
2. Luka Radovanović - B2BEE DOO - A platform for automating wholesale processes that transforms the B2B industry. Their software covers all stages of the wholesale process, and includes advanced business intelligence features that enable real-time analytics.
3. Oskar Marko – Cropt d.o.o. - Spinoff of the BioSens Institute, specialized in solutions based on artificial intelligence for sustainable agriculture. Their goal is to improve productivity in agriculture through big data analytics, contributing to more efficient food production.
4. Marko Pavlović - Robot for charging electric vehicles (MILI) - A mobile robot for charging electric vehicles without the need for cables, digging or installations. MILI, an autonomous battery on wheels, enables parking lot users to quickly and efficiently charge electric vehicles.
5. Iva Zečević - Blinking - An identity verification platform that helps businesses secure their customers’ journeys. With customizable KYC and AML solutions, you can design your verification process, prevent digital fraud, speed up onboarding and acquire more clients while saving money. Their innovative processes enable security and privacy, complying with laws such as GDPR.
