Prof. Dr. Goran Pitić, is a professor of Digital economy at FEFA Faculty, president of the FEFA Council and president of the Board of Directors of FEFA Foundation. He was for 15 years an affiliated professor at the Institute for Strategy and Competitiveness at Harvard Business School. He has more than 30 years of experience in planning and implementing a range of policies to support the process of both financial and private sector development.

He has a Ph.D. in economics from the University of Belgrade, coupled with master's degrees from the University of Belgrade and the University of Toronto, and a one-year specialization in Quantitative Development Economics at the University of Warwick. He honed his expertise further at the London School of Economics and various institutions across Europe and USA.

Prof. Dr. Pitić served as the Minister for Economic Relations in the first democratic government in Serbia from 2000 to 2004. As a Chairman of BoD of Societe Generale Serbia (for 15 years), a Board member of Credit Agricole Serbia (for 3 years), and a Board member of AIK bank since 2023, he has gained significant experience in banking and assessing the investment potential of companies in various industries and various sizes, from SMEs to large. Since 2008 he has been a Supervisory board member at Metalac Holding, one of the leading companies in the market. He is a president of the Board of Directors of Miodrag Kostić Foundation. In a newly established See Up accelerator, first private in SEE region, designed for support for startups scaling, he serves as a President of General Assembly. Professor Pitic played pivotal roles in numerous prestigious organizations, such as president of the Board of Directors of the Association of Serbian Banks and president of Board of Directors of the Alliance for Fair Competition. He was/is a member of several Boards (Foreign Investors Council, NALED, Innovation Fund, Sava Insurance, National Council for Science and Technology, etc.).

He was leading/participating at numerous international conferences/venues related to financial investments with both IFIs and/or private equity investors.
