Predrag Mihajlović is the President of the Executive Board and CEO of OTP banka Srbija.

In the course of four consecutive years, he managed two of the most complex bank integration projects in this region, which resulted in the creation of the new OTP banka, OTP Leasing and OTP Insurance in May 2021. From the moment he became the CEO of the Bank within the OTP Group in 2017, there has been continuous growth in operations and market share in Serbia, as a result of the successful integrations of the former OTP banka, former Vojvodjanska banka and the former Societe Generale Serbia. Throughout this period, each of these individual banks led by Mihajlovic during the integration process recorded the organic continuous growth as well, which is a unique case in the region.

Today, OTP banka is the largest corporate and retail creditor and a market leader in factoring, leasing and e-commerce services in Serbia. In the most successful year in the history of operations of OTP Group in Serbia, prestigious global magazines Euromoney and The Banker awarded OTP banka as the Best Bank in Serbia for 2022. OTP Leasing Srbija and OTP Osiguranje (Insurance) also operate within OTP Group in Serbia.
           
In the previous period, Predrag Mihajlović won the 2021 Manager of the year Award given by the Serbian Association of Managers, as well as the "András Fáy" recognition given to him by the OTP Group for outstanding business results and representation of OTP Group's interests in Serbia. He enhanced his professional skills and additional knowledge in renowned finance institutions such as Citibank, JP Morgan and Deutsche Bank, and McKinsey.

Mr. Mihajlovic was recently re-elected as the BoD Chairman of the Association of Serbian Banks, as well as the Vice-president of the Responsible Business Forum and a member of the Presidium of the Serbian Association of Economists.

He is married and father of two children.
