Born in 1961 in Belgrade. He attended elementary school in Skopje and Ljubljana, and high school in Ljubljana and Belgrade. He graduated from the Faculty of Economics of the University of Belgrade in 1984, majoring in Economic Statistics and Cybernetics. In the period 1981-83. he was the student vice-dean of the Faculty of Economics, and from 1983 to 1985 he was the student vice-rector of the University.
He joined Atlantic Grupa in 2012 in the position of Director of Central Finance, responsible for the accounting, treasury and controlling function of Atlantic Grupa's legal entities in Serbia and North Macedonia. He also managed the finances of Atlantic Stark, which operates within the Atlantic Grupa system, while in 2015 he also managed the integration of Foodland into the Atlantic Grupa system. Participates in the process of introducing SAP in companies in Serbia.
Last year, he assumed the position of director of the Atlantic Grupa Representative Office for Serbia, and from that position works on the promotion and recognition of Atlantic Grupa and its members in Serbia, primarily in relations with state institutions, non-governmental organizations, international organizations and other institutions and professional organizations as well as investment community, in cooperation with business areas and other support functions of Atlantic Grupa.
He came to Atlantic Grupa from the position of finance director of the company Marbo - Pepsico for the Western Balkans, where in the period from 2008 to 2011 he established the control and planning function and carried out the integration of the finances of the Marbo company into the Pepsico system, after a successful acquisition. During 2009/10. he participated in the preparation and introduction of SAP in the company as a cut over manager. He previously worked at Allied Domecq, one of the world's largest producers and distributors of alcoholic beverages and wines, first as finance director from 1997, and from 2002 as general manager, a position he retains even after the takeover of the company by France's Pernod Ricard.
During this period, he led the Group of Importers of Alcoholic Beverages and Wine at the Serbian Chamber of Commerce and was also a member of the working group for the drafting of the Law on Brandy and Other Alcoholic Beverages. He started his rich business career at Iskra Delta, then one of the largest domestic companies for the production and sale of computers and computer equipment, first as an intern and later as a coordinator of export activities in Belgrade. He trained in the field of finance and management. He actively participates in the work of NALED, where he was the vice president and is now the president of the Alliance for Fair Competition. He also participates in the work of the American Chamber of Commerce, where he was the chairman of the Committee for the Digital Economy. He is a member of the Association of Financial Directors, East-West bridge and PMI. He speaks English and Slovenian.
